I’ve used Mark’s Marine pharmacy (Can Ship Meds) For a couple of years now. Everyone I talk to on the phone is super nice. Eye drops that cost $300 here are about $45 through this pharmacy because they are available over-the-counter in England and Germany. The GLP1 tablet, Rybelsys is a third the price of purchasing it through an American pharmacy. The only caveat is the need to insure the shipment for something like 10% of the purchase price. I skipped this step once and US Custom/DEA seized the shipment (Rybelsts from both England and India is fair game). I lost the entire shipment and $900. It doesn’t happen often, but know that the company will not make good on a lost shipment unless it is insured, so keep that in mind when you order. Nonetheless I absolutely recommend this pharmacy!

Marks Marine Pharmacy employees are solicitous, personable and careful to insure I receive my prescription, especially if it requires a physician renewal; they stay on top of that. They have saved me a lot of money and I always receive my prescription in advance of when I need it. Great to work with!

They not only have the best prices for medication‘s, They have the best customer service. I know people say that a lot, but I have never had a pharmacist Send me emails and respond to questions so quickly. I live in Wichita Kansas, the heart of America. Vancouver is a long way away. I placed an order for required eye drops on Saturday, December 21, 2024. I was told there would be a delay because of Canada Post being out, so I opted for FedX. It was delivered on December 24, 2024 at 12:30PM. FOUR DAY DELIVERY!!!! INCREDIBLY FAST!!! The ice packs were still frozen (which the med requires). It cost more for FedX, but they easily proved their superior service: FAST AND SAFE. Very Impressive.

I ordered meds from Mark's Marine twice and all went well. I'd say three's a charm but, nope! When my refill was held at customs for an unusually long time, I emailed and the Mark's rep told me to wait 5 weeks and made sure to advise me that there are no refunds.. I didn't request one.. I had already run out my previous prescription and just wanted my refill.

5 weeks to the date I placed my order, I received a letter from the USDA to notify me that my meds had been seized. The Marks rep was quite nice as he explained this has happened before due to quotas, yada yada yada.. "especially with shipments from India." He offered no refunds, replacement or recourse other than to provide the price to reorder the meds from the UK and suggest I do so, since there's less risk of seizure. Now they tell me! Prices from the UK are higher. It would helped to know the benefit of ordering from the UK before I placed my order! Had I been aware of the potential risk of seizure, I would have made a different choice.

I subsequently looked at Mark's website to see if I missed something before I made my purchase. It only mentions the customs seizure risk on the page about refrigerated medications. My medication didn't require refrigeration, so I had no reason to open that page.

Every customer has the right to be clearly informed about the risk of something like a customs seizure before they make a non-refundable purchase. They shouldn't have to read the entire site.. including pages that aren't relevant to their purchase, to do so. The site doesn't even mention this in the FAQ. Regardless of whether it was an oversight or intentional, it's an unacceptable lack of transparency. I sincerely hope they address this immediately so other's don't incur similarly significant losses.

I plan to petition the USDA Compliance Agent for release. Unfortunately, the bar is pretty high. While the Mark's rep gave me some pointers, he wasn't optimistic.

As a retired Pharmacist I was skeptical but my Cardiologist recommended them so I gave it a try . I use jardiance 25 mg. Best Good RX price $1725.00 for 90 tablets . Marks Marine (canshipmeds.com) $150.00 brand name shipped to my door. Yes the decimals are in the correct place.

Nowhere on their outdated web site does it mention that this Canadian pharmacy will not serve Canadians in either Canada or the USA. They used to but now have been banned by the Canadian government. What gives?

Shout out to Skip and manager Hussein for their helpfulness!! Marks has always been great and they help me afford medication my American insurance doesn’t cover. Medication I desperately need and causes significant issues when I don’t have it. It cost me $500 in America for 30 pills and I get 84 from Marks for $250!! What a difference it makes. Now back to these two awesome people, lately due to a customs delay and some other systemic delays my prescription was running late and I had been without it for a few, terrible weeks. Going on three weeks now since submitting and meds still not shipped. Emailed and called a few times. Staff was very nice but no results. Edit… Your new system/guidelines are unfair to customers. Your new process is not ready, but is applied to recent customers orders holding them hostage. Not a very good business model.

Have ordered from Marks Marine Pharmacy in the past and they saved me a lot of money. Never had any problems with them and there service was alway prompt, plan to order from them again this fall.

We (husband and I) have been ordering meds from Mark's Marine Pharmacy for a few years. They have been responsive, helpful and reliable. Pricing is very transparent and you can chose what country you want to get the medication from. (I find India a bit sketchy from a quality control standpoint.) I send scanned Rx from my doctor by email but the doctor cannot send electronically from her office, so you will need a paper prescription. They do not do controlled substances. Do be aware that it can take a while, like a few weeks, for the medication to arrive so plan ahead. The medication really does come from the country you choose so mail can be slow. So much better than the big-pharma rip off in the US.

I was so hesitant about ordering my prescription from an online Canadian service. All the posted bad reviews and experiences with fake pharmacies and foreign medicine was making me step back and think about it before I finally placed my order. I chose Mark's Marine because they have an actual physical pharmacy and provide online service. My prescription in California for Hyaluronic acid knee injections is over $1000 for one shot! I was able to order it from Mark's Marine for $458 plus $49 for quick ship. I called them twice before I ordered just to put my mind at ease. Both times I got a live person who answered. I ordered on Thursday and received the my prescription the following Wed via FedEx. No customs delay or anything. I am blown away. I appreciate the support and service their team provided.

I would like to say how extremely grateful I am to have our brothers and sisters from The Great White North be our neighbor! We were recommended by our Veterinarian Office to use Marks Marine Pharmacy for getting inhaler prescriptions for our asthmatic cat. The customer service here is phenomenal and I think that goes a long way in the service/healthcare industry. In the USA, one inhaler costs roughly $350 on average. While it's sad that I have to resort to purchasing from Canada, I am very grateful they provide affordable prices on prescriptions. The inhalers have worked wonders for our cat, and I know she's very grateful too! I will definitely be continuing to refill our cat's prescription here for the foreseeable future!

The package was sent across the continent and from Canada to the US. It arrived quickly and undamaged. The box was almost 35 pound (16kg), for arthritis meds. I understand the need to keep the package cold but it made it difficult to handle once it was delivered.

For anyone in the US, this pharmacy has been a lifesaver. My insurance will not cover my medication and out-of-pocket would cost me over $1,200 a month! Even though the price of my medication just went up, I'm still paying under $400, including shipping for a monthly supply. They have contacted my doctor directly, when needed, and call me to remind me about refills when medications are in short supply/taking longer than usual to ship.
